Return Process

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective coverings are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our master tailors will inspect the item, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
